Please submit this information as far in advance, but at least two weeks before the program. Scholarship applications submitted after the event has been attended will not be approved!
All applications will be reviewed for organization eligibility and program applicability. The organization will be contacted if additional information is needed. Organizations will be notified in writing by mail and/or FAX of the approval decision.
