You have finally got that contract awarded – now what? This two-hour on-line presentation will address requirements and best practices for managing and ultimately closing out contracts. We will:

  • ·        Look at typical contract administration team personnel, roles, and responsibilities;
  • ·        Review the steps to move from contract award to Notice to Proceed;
  • ·        Discuss inspections and oversight required to ensure contract compliance, with an emphasis on quality, Buy America, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements;
  • ·        Address claims, delays, and change order administration; and
  • ·        Highlight deliverable acceptance, payments, and contract close out.
